Light Yoga & Meditation In-Person

May is Mental Health Awareness month. We will be a hosting a Teen Holistic Wellness Series focusing on various facets of wellness, all of which are connected and equally important to make us the best version of ourselves.

May 7: We will be channeling emotional wellness by learning the art and calm of bullet journaling. Each participant will receive a journal and will be given several pieces of inspiration to make it their own. 

May 16: This week focuses on nutritional wellness as we make delicous and trendy Smoothie Bowls! Thick smoothies you can eat with a spoon and add various healthy toppings. Eating healthy does not have to be boring! Each participant will also leave with a small smoothie bowl recipe booklet. 

May 23: Yoga and meditation practices have a great impact on both our physical and spiritual wellness. We will be doing light yoga and guided meditation with a focus word unique to YOU.
