National Healthcare Decision Day In-Person
Crossroads Hospice & Palliative Care is partnering with Blossom Nursing & Rehabilitation Center and the Columbiana Public Library to provide important information and education regarding healthcare wishes. A licensed social worker, and notary, from Crossroads will be available to help community members complete living will and Durable Power of Attorney documents free of charge. Light refreshments and dessert will be provided.
